Secure Workstations Bolster Weiser’s Cancer Patient Services

As Weiser’s Angel Wings Network has grown in the number of cancer patients and families it serves, its volunteers have continued to rely on personal computers and equipment to manage daily tasks—an arrangement that limits efficiency, consistency, and data security. One Angel Wings staff member reached out to LOR with a solution: purchase organization-owned equipment to give volunteers. LOR’s funding will help Angel Wings Network purchase laptops, tablets, and office equipment. These investments will create functional, secure workstations, expand volunteer capacity, and allow Angel Wings Network to better coordinate transportation, patient support programs, and day-to-day operations for families who depend on its services.
