Computer Science and AI Learning Tools Prepare Libby Elementary Students for the Future

Libby Elementary lacks up-to-date computer science and AI learning tools, leaving students without the foundational technology skills they need for the future. One technology teacher at Libby Elementary reached out to LOR with a solution: purchase updated computer science and AI kits to expand the school’s technology program. LOR’s funding will help Libby Elementary purchase two classroom bundles—one for grades K–2 and one for grades 3–5—giving every student the opportunity to build robots, write and test code, and engage with hands-on AI instruction. The kits will extend computer science and AI learning to kindergarten through third grade for the first time, while broadening instruction for grades 4–6, ensuring Libby Elementary students are prepared for their futures.
