Women’s Network Helps Build Connections and Confidence in Questa

Many women in Questa struggle to find supportive networks where they can share resources, build confidence, and access mentorship opportunities. Following a successful pilot event—a networking breakfast that drew 32 women—participants expressed interest in attending more regular meetings. This enthusiasm led local leaders to formalize the Women of Impact Connection Group, which will host ongoing women’s networking events. LOR’s funding helped the Questa Economic Development Fund launch the group and their bi-monthly meetings featuring professional speakers, skill-sharing workshops, and collaborative goal-setting sessions. Thanks to these gatherings, Questa women will now have the connections and support they need to grow professionally while building lasting relationships across the community.
