A Modern Meeting Room Sparks Collaboration for Cortez Residents

Cortez community groups and residents rely on the Cortez Public Library’s meeting room for gatherings, trainings, and presentations, but the space lacks the technology needed to support virtual meetings or group presentations. One library staff member reached out to LOR with a solution: equip the meeting room with updated hardware. LOR’s funding will help the Cortez Public Library purchase and install a ceiling-mounted projector, projection screen, and audio conferencing system. The meeting room will remain free and available to any resident or local organization during library hours, giving community members the tools to connect and collaborate.
