Water Aerobics Equipment Makes a Splash with Weiser

Weiser’s free water aerobics classes have grown so popular that over 40 people now regularly attend. The problem is the program lacks sufficient equipment to accommodate everyone. City recreation department staff heard from class attendees who requested more exercise equipment, but they didn’t have the budget. So, one staff member reached out to LOR for support. LOR’s funding will help the Weiser Recreation Department purchase water aerobics dumbbells, belts, kickboards, noodles, and safety equipment to serve the growing number of water aerobics participants. The equipment will particularly benefit seniors and those with mobility limitations, ensuring all Weiser residents can take advantage of local fitness opportunities.
