Medical Equipment Gives Libby’s New Athletic Trainer Treatment Tools

  • Local Champion: Libby Middle High School
  • Date Funded: February 18, 2026
  • Grant Amount: $9,975

Libby Middle High School teamed up with Cabinet Peaks Medical Center this year to hire an athletic trainer who provides care to students and staff during school hours and sporting events. The problem is the school lacks the medical equipment the trainer needs to treat injuries effectively. The school’s athletic director wanted to fully equip the new position to provide professional care, so he reached out to LOR with a solution. LOR’s funding will help Libby Middle High School purchase treatment tables, medical carts, storage cabinets, and other supplies for the school’s athletic training room. The equipment will enable the trainer to provide comprehensive care for injuries sustained during school activities and sports, ensuring students and staff receive immediate, effective treatment.
