Dedicated Records Space Improves Public Access in Questa

  • Local Champion: Village of Questa
  • Date Funded: September 16, 2026
  • Grant Amount: $5,859

Questa residents have no designated place to review public records, and limited storage and furnishings make it difficult for the Village to keep required documents secure and accessible. In response to growing requests for records in recent years, a Village staff member reached out to LOR with a solution: create a dedicated area for document storage and public review. LOR’s funding will help the Village of Questa purchase filing cabinets, a storage credenza, chairs, and other furnishings to outfit the new area. The dedicated space will help staff securely maintain required documents on site while giving residents a comfortable place to review requested materials.
