A Strategic Plan Charts a Path for Questa Affordable Housing

Questa residents face increasingly limited options for affordable places to live, a problem that has only grown in recent years. With little progress toward addressing the issue, members of a local housing steering committee identified one significant barrier standing in the way: the lack of an actionable plan. LOR’s funding helped the Questa Economic Development Fund hire housing consultants to develop a comprehensive plan for improving local affordable housing. With expert support, Questa will have a roadmap to implement at least one affordable housing strategy by the end of 2025, creating pathways for local residents to secure affordable housing within their community.
