Smart Screens Facilitate Collaborative Learning in Weiser Classrooms

  • Local Champion: Park Intermediate School
  • Date Funded: March 25, 2025
  • Grant Amount: $9,921

Without modern technology, the classrooms at Weiser’s Park Intermediate School have limited opportunities for collaborative learning and creative teaching approaches that engage today’s students. School staff wanted to foster more interactive and accessible learning, so they reached out to LOR with an idea. LOR’s funding will help Park Intermediate School purchase twenty-seven smart TVs for classrooms, the library, and hallways throughout the building. The technology will transform how teachers and students share content, collaborate on projects, and present information, while creating a more dynamic learning environment for all students.
