New School Stage Supports Celebrations Across Questa

  • Local Champion: Questa Independent School District
  • Date Funded: September 23, 2024
  • Grant Amount: $12,298

When Questa High School’s stage broke as it was being disassembled following a graduation ceremony, the community lost one of its only stages for local events and performances. So, a district employee reached out to LOR with a solution: purchase a new, ADA-accessible stage to ensure all students and community members can participate in academic, athletic, and artistic celebrations throughout the year.

LOR’s funding will enable the high school to buy a 16’x20′ portable stage kit, which can be shared by all district schools in the years to come.
