Lander’s Community Choir Lifts Its Voice With Upgraded Instruments

Many Lander residents love to sing as part of a group, but there are very few opportunities to do so. One of those opportunities is provided by the community choir, which with more than 40 members hosts a free concert each year. The choir would like to add concert dates, but they face several limitations in their rehearsal space at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. They haven’t had a reliable piano, and they lack other key resources. With funding from LOR, the choir was able to purchase a new digital piano, a copy machine for music, and other rehearsal supplies, all of which should help lift their voices and grow their ranks throughout the year.
