Interpretation Services Expand the Performing Arts in Monte Vista

Spanish-speaking Monte Vista residents have very few options for free community programs where they can develop their performance skills. After starting an open mic series, one Monte Vista local had the idea to make the monthly events more accessible for non-English-speaking residents. LOR’s funding helped contract Spanish interpretation services and purchase supplies to expand the popular performance program, ensuring all of Monte Vista’s residents can fully participate.
