Interior Makeover Transforms Multi-Purpose Room at Marsh Elementary School

  • Local Champion: Monte Vista School District NO. C-8
  • Date Funded: November 20, 2024
  • Grant Amount: $7,902

Monte Vista’s Marsh Elementary School recently repurposed its copy room into a multi-purpose room, which now serves as the nurse’s office, a shared workspace for teachers, and a meeting room for impromptu parent/staff meetings. However, the space lacked the furniture and organizational supplies needed to make it a truly comfortable and functional space. So, two staff members reached out to LOR for support.

Funding provided by LOR will be used to purchase office furniture, storage systems and supplies, a refrigerator and ice machine, kitchen supplies, and other decor needed to transform the multi-purpose room into an asset for Marsh Elementary’s students and staff.
