Basketball Gear Powers Sargent’s Female Athletes

Budget cuts and other recent changes have left the talented female basketball players at Monte Vista’s Sargent Schools without the equipment they need to compete at their best. The new coach of the girls’ basketball team wanted his players to be confident and perform on the court, so he reached out to LOR with an idea. LOR’s funding will help Sargent School District purchase warm-up packages, uniforms, shoes, basketballs, and a shooting machine, ensuring the team has the gear it needs to pursue the school’s first girls’ basketball state championship.
