Soccer Goals and Uniforms Support Weiser High School’s Growing Program

  • Local Champion: Weiser High School Athletics
  • Date Funded: July 14, 2025
  • Grant Amount: $6,720

Weiser High School’s soccer program has grown significantly over the past decade, but the team continues to use outdated equipment—including heavy steel goals—that poses safety risks to players and lacks mobility for different training exercises. The team’s longtime coach recognized a need to modernize the program’s equipment to improve the safety and performance of players, so she reached out to LOR with an idea. LOR’s funding will help Weiser High School purchase lightweight aluminum goals with wheels and new uniforms for the entire soccer team. Coaches will be able to move the goals for various drills and field maintenance while the uniforms will allow players to proudly represent their school and community.
