Air Conditioning Keeps Weiser’s Senior Center Cooking

The kitchen air conditioning at Weiser’s senior center recently failed, compromising food safety and creating unsafe temperatures for volunteers. To keep the kitchen up and running, one Weiser Senior Citizens board member reached out to LOR with a solution. LOR’s funding will help Weiser Senior Citizens purchase and install a new air conditioning unit for the kitchen, ensuring the Weiser Activity Center for Seniors can continue serving more 175 meals each month.
