A Portable Stage Advances Civic Gatherings in Weiser

The Vendome Event Center serves as a central gathering place for Weiser, hosting performances, public meetings, auctions, and community celebrations throughout the year. But without a stage, attendees struggle to see speakers, performers, and auctioneers over crowds, a problem residents raised with city staff. With an easy solution in hand, city staff reached out to LOR for support. LOR’s funding will help the city of Weiser purchase a portable stage with stairs, railing, and skirting. The stage will be available at no additional cost to users, ensuring the Vendome continues to strengthen civic life in Weiser.
