John Deer Zero Turn Mower acquired for the Village of Questa's Public Works Department.

The Village of Questa is responsible for maintaining the municipal airport grounds, but they struggled to keep up with the overgrowth of weeds during the spring and summer months. During those seasons, the weeds grew at such a pace that they often blocked lights on the property and created safety hazards for incoming airplanes and helicopters, so a municipal employee contacted LOR with an idea: purchase a riding mower that the village could use to keep the weeds at bay at the airport and also use on other municipal grounds, like the town center and local park.

LOR’s support enabled the village to purchase a riding mower and the specific accessories needed to maintain a safe environment at the airport and beyond.
