Bleacher Covers Make a Libby Park More Accommodating

Libby’s J. Neils Memorial Park hosts everything from soccer games and rodeos to concerts and community celebrations, but the uncovered bleachers in the southern section leave spectators fully exposed to Montana’s rain, snow, and intense summer sun. One local volunteer and soccer association board member wanted to ensure weather wouldn’t prevent locals from attending community events, so he reached out to LOR with an idea. LOR’s funding will help the Lincoln County Youth Soccer Association install permanent steel covers over the existing bleachers, protecting spectators and creating a more comfortable experience for locals attending games and other events.
