Registration Software Makes Art Classes Accessible Through Sliding-Scale Pricing

  • Local Champion: Lander Art Center
  • Date Funded: April 16, 2026
  • Grant Amount: $9,500

In Lander, many residents want to explore artistic expression through pottery, painting, and other technique classes, but finances often create barriers—and the Lander Art Center’s current registration system offers no way to accommodate sliding-scale pricing. While families can apply for scholarships, this isn’t efficient for those who want to participate as much as possible, and contact information scattered across multiple platforms makes communication difficult. When board members working to expand the Art Center’s offerings learned from an expert that their data, registration process, and pricing options were creating access barriers, they immediately began seeking solutions and reached out to LOR with their idea: New software will enable tiered pricing for all classes, workshops, and events while streamlining communication between teachers and students. LOR’s funding will help purchase Jumbula software for one year plus contracted support for data cleanup, migration planning, system setup, and staff and board training.
