A Sound System Amplifies Weiser Community Events

Weiser residents rely on the Vendome Event Center for community gatherings, trainings, civic meetings, and school events. The problem is the center’s decades-old sound system frequently cuts out or becomes inaudible during these large community gatherings. After attendees at a recent free event struggled to hear the MC, city staff reached out to LOR with an idea. LOR’s funding will help the city of Weiser purchase and install a new sound system for the Vendome, ensuring the community, including seniors and those with hearing challenges, can continue to use the space.
