A Simple Sign Brings an Economic Boon to Libby

  • Local Champion: Libby Area Business Association
  • Date Funded: May 8, 2023
  • Grant Amount: $450

The Libby Lofts Vendors Market, a May through September market featuring artists, bakers, and entrepreneurs, has grown from just a handful of vendors to more than 25 in recent years. Trouble is, this economic bright spot hasn’t been able to shine as bright as it might because the letters for the market’s marquee are old and brittle and unable to be used to advertise news and specials. Getting the word out about the local goodies at this market is as simple as getting some new letters, so members of the Libby Area Business Association reached out to LOR for help. LOR’s funding will help procure new letters for the marquee, allowing the market to advertise and attract new customers.
