A Home Run for Taos Youth: Community Support Brings New Life to Little League

Generations of kids and families have participated in Taos Little League, but the program has faced headwinds as of late. Recognizing the need to revitalize an important community asset, the league’s board and volunteers have led a push to ensure that local youth can continue to play, grow, and thrive. With at least 44 teams in need of essential equipment—helmets, bats, mitts, and more—volunteers with the league reached out to LOR for support. LOR’s funding will help Taos Little League purchase an array of equipment, ensuring that all youth can safely participate.
