Wyoming

In late 2011, the LOR Foundation seized an opportunity to transform a gravel pit into a community park. Today that park can be accessed via bus, on foot, or bicycle; it provides public access to nature and passive recreation; it connects the extensive Teton County pathway system across the Snake River; and it reflects the communitiy’s vision for an inspired public space.  Rendezvous “R” Park, a 40-acre passive recreation park located at the nexus of Jackson, Wilson, and Teton Village, Wyoming, is one of LOR’s first placemaking projects and was completed in collaboration with the Jackson Hole Land Trust.
